GolfManager - Tee Bookings and Green Fee Billing
GolfManager is a powerful golf estate and golf club management system with feature rich facilities for the management of Tee Bookings, Green Fee Billing and Pro Shop sales. The system integrates seamlessly with Realtor for real estate and timeshare management, INNkeeper for hotel management, and Restaurateur and ShopKeeper for points of sale and stock (inventory) management.
Course Register
An unlimited number of courses may be recorded in the course register.
The detailed course register provides for in, out and gross PAR and Stroke statistics as well as colour coded user defined Championship, Club, Senior and Ladies statistics.
Tee Booker
Tee Booker provides a user friendly, fast touch screen reservations system for tee bookings.
The bookings grid allows for:
- A bird’s eye view of course occupancy, seamlessly into the past or future
- User defined tee off times per course, which may be changed on the fly
- User defined covey settings per course
- Fast touch-screen bookings per tee off and covey – either un-linked or linked to a specified golfer
- Golfer status checking with automated green fee billing per season and preferred status
- Fast billing of golf rental items and Pro Shop purchases to a TAB system
Point of sale transaction processing
The touch screen point of sale system provides for fast and accurate transaction processing.
- The point of sale system integrates seamlessly into the debtors (AR), stock (IN) and general ledgers.
- Transactions may either be cash or on account with automated discount per golfer status.
- Golfer accounts may be identified by magnetic stripe or bar code membership card, i-Button, fingerprint verification or signature verification.
- Pro Shop Items may be identified by bar code labels and scanning
