MembershipManager
Incorporating the functionality of ClientManager, MembershipManager is adapted for the management of a member-based business. Very large client databases with complex user-defined membership rules, definitions,dependencies and loyalty schemes are supported.
Using MembershipManager you can use a standard PSD membership model or create your own membership scheme. Automatically collect membership fees using the PSD debit order manager and keep track of all membership details at the touch of a button. You can record a member’s registration number, based on membership number rules, as well as the date they joined the organization or scheme. Membership numbers are not automatically generated, thus must be generated externally, i.e. from a register or by using ID numbers. When a booking is made or a service requested, a valid membership number will be required and only if it can be provided will a booking be allowed.

Membership management often requires the weighting of applications for allocation or allotment purposes. Member details are placed on a waiting list and services allocated on a points system. Loyalty schemes have different rules regarding the determination, allocation and distribution of benefit points, hence the Points and Distribution Engine for each scheme is supplied on special order from PSD. The core server modules ship with a simple Points Engine for startup purposes. The PSD Suite supports multiple loyalty schemes and your system champion will set up the membership tree for the loyalty schemes in which you participate.
