Telephone systems are a key resource, and the ever increasing cost of communication dictates the need for telephone call management. PhoneMAN is a telephone call management system which provides comprehensive reporting and the facility to invoice charged calls directly to guest, client or staff accounts.

It may be used as a standalone system, or integrated to all the PSD server modules: INNkeeper, MembershipManager, DebtCollector, ClientManager, Realtor and GolfManager.

Call Administration

Telephone calls are continuously recorded via a buffer facility, and are managed from the Administration window.

Calls may be charged according to:

  • Telecommunications supplier generated meter pulse units
  • PBX generated costing based on PBX costing tables
  • Per second, regional distance/time costing tables provided by Phonemanager.

Extensions may be grouped in user defined departments and different pricing strategies may be applied to each department.

Call Billing

All calls made from units with active bookings, or under an allocated PIN number, are billed directly to the appropriate guest account, utilising a three tier mark up pricing strategy. Walk-ins and casual calls may be invoiced from the front desk.

Reporting

Extensive and meaningful reports and graphs may be generated from the easy to use report tree.
