Property Register

The property register records full title, sectional title, share block and timeshare ownership.

Property Detail

The register provides for extensive structure detail, facilities and ownership tracking.

Share Register

The system maintains a share register for share block companies and generates share certificates for shareholders.

Membership Cards

Colour magnetic stripe and bar code membership cards may be printed from the system, with member photographs if specified.

Timeshare facilities

Data grouping complies with industry guidelines and best practise.

Levy Administration

Extensive levy administration facilities are available, with single client or mass group invoicing, for user defined financial periods.

Realtor provides for unlimited, user defined levies, each linked to a user defined income and expense account, with a 5 level pricing structure.

Each levy may be linked to a unique financial department for financial tracking to the appropriate holding company.

Levies may be linked to properties for mass invoicing purposes.

Levy invoicing

All levy transactions write to the GAAP/IAS compliant double entry general ledger, with audit tracking.

Levy invoicing may be by individual invoice or by multi-post process for an entire client/debtor grouping.

Levies may also be processed by unit grouping as opposed to client grouping.

Timeshare View Grid

Realtor’s timeshare view grid offers fast and effective property to owner to reservation facilities.

The colour coded view grid easily distinguishes ownership, reservations and levy paid status.

Both full- and split week periods are reflected on the grid.

If a timeshare period is integrated to INNkeeper, it will reflect the unit colour of the reservation status on the INNkeeper grid.

Check-in on the INNkeeper system will be halted if the timeshare account has outstanding levies.

Accounts with outstanding levies are detailed in red.

Reservations Integration

Timeshare properties appear on the INNkeeper grid with an appropriate background warning to indicate timeshare ownership.

Timeshare owners may reserve their unit for own use, or they may place the unit in the rental pool or in the appropriate space bank.

Reservations will automatically check levy paid status and only confirm a reservation if the levy is fully paid up.
