Restaurateur - Restaurant and Bar Point of Sale
Restaurateur is a fast, user friendly touch-screen point of sale system for managing general or gourmet restaurants, fast food outlets, bars and pubs.
The system provides for:
- Fast transactions - normally cash in the bars
- TAB transactions - accumulation bill transactions for restaurants
All transactions may be processed on a ‘per seat’ basis with split bill facilities by seat or item.
User defined slip print layouts for:
- order preparation
- order serving
- order changes
- guest bills
- tax invoices
All printing is automatically directed to appropriate printer outlets in the kitchen, bar, server or service desk.
Per seat ordering and serving, with detailed, easy to capture preparations, exclusions and side orders, records guest preferences and retains service levels at international standards.
Transactions may be posted to a debtor account, room account or guest folio.
Guest bill payment may be split per seat or selected item combinations with split payment types (e.g. credit card and cash) as well as multi-currency payments with user defined currency tables and exchange rates.
Restaurateur provides for happy-hour discount management, gratuity processing, and staff commission per stock item. Extensive stock and sales reporting is available.
Waitron access may be controlled by finger print scanning, i-Button fob reader, magnetic stripe card or bar code, or by user ID and 64 bit encrypted password.
