 Implementation

This is a one-off payment for services rendered by our staff in travelling to your establishment, installing your system, configuring your establishment's system and training your staff to use the software. The anticipated training compliment is based on your establishment profile.

  • Installation of software on your computers (man-hrs: on your site)
  • System development & data conversion (man-hrs: separate quote)
  • Setup & training of staff (man-hrs: on your site)

 License Upgrade and Call Centre Support

The compulsary License Upgrade and Call Centre Support Agreement (LUSA) is payable monthly by debit order, and offers you and your staff the following benefits:

  • Telephone, fax and e-mail support during office hours (with 24 hour emergency support);
  • All future upgrades to the program suite (at least once per annum - usually two);
  • Special (reduced) travel, training and support rates for on-site services;
  • Annual system audit by a PSD staff member, at your site.

 Hardware Items

PSD recommends the use of touch screens and fingerprint scanners for restaurant and bar points of sale to enhance staff productivity and accuracy. We also recommend a data buffer box for storing telephone call data should computer capture fail. These items are supplied by PSD strictly on a c.o.d. basis, subject to a twelve (12) month supplier carry in warranty. We also supply standard general hardware items.

PSD provides the following payment options:

Full Settlement

  • Hardware items: one-off payment
  • License Acquisition plus Implementation: one-off payment
  • Upgrade & Support (LUSA): monthly payment in perpetuity

Instalment Plan

  • Hardware items: one-off payment
  • Deposit amount: one-off payment
  • Instalments payments: monthly instalments by debit order
  • Upgrade & Support (LUSA): monthly payment in perpetuity
