Staff Management
The extensive staff database records detailed staff and next of kin information with employment, leave, and service history detail.
System security provides for unlimited security pre-sets with 64 bit encrypted passwords, fingerprint and signature verification, i-button, magnetic stripe card and bar code readers.
The letters facility provides a library of sample merge letters including employment contracts.
Standard reports include staff identification cards, with photographs and staff birthday lists.
Task, Activity and Workflow Management
Effective client service requires that the designated staff member perform the specified task for the correct guest or client at the appropriate time. The task manager facilitates scheduling and delegating of all tasks and activities which are necessary for the smooth running of an operation.
The task manager tracks four primary actions and provides:
- A database which caters for unlimited user defined tasks and actions
- Follow up actions by daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly intervals
- A message broadcasting facility which delivers messages to all logged in staff on the local or wide area network (LAN or WAN)
- Client and staff links, a ten level priority setting, deadline date and time settings and an alarm with eight alarm time cycles
Task alarms pop up on specified users’ computers, at specified time intervals. These prompt users to attend to:
- unsent outbound faxes and unread inbound faxes
- inbound voicemail messages
- tasks due for completion
- messages requiring attention
Tasks integrate seamlessly to other installed modules in the PSD software suite.
